Day 3- Year 3 at Burwardsley
After another lovely cooked breakfast we packed up and set off to Tattenhall outdoor centre. Here we split into our 3 activity groups. Each group took part in low ropes, tree climbing and orienteering activities. The tree climbing and low ropes were lead by the experienced staff and showed us how to challenge ourselves safely. We had another lovely day in the gorgeous sunshine. We finished our sessions off with another beautiful picnic and then had some free time before getting back on the coach to return to school. An action packed three days!! Great fun!!
At Shavington Primary School we provide a secure, stimulating and caring environment in which we give children the best possible start to their education.

School Daze!
Year 6 are very busy rehearsing their end of year production 'School Daze'. After many weeks of scenery painting, learning of lines, props making and wonderful singing, they are ready to perform to their parents on Tuesday 16th July.
New Arrivals
Reception children have had new additions to their class this week. They are the proud parents of 3 little chicks, hatched on Tuesday, and word soon got around the school of their arrival. They still have a few more eggs in their incubator and hope they will hatch soon. When they are old enough they will join our hens in the outdoor coop.
Over the weekend the outdoor hens, who have been sitting on their eggs, produced 4 chicks. These can be seen in our hen coop.
